How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our studio within 2 business days. US delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $6, and free on orders over $75. International shipping is a flat $18.
Can I return something?
Yes. Send it back unused within 30 days for a full refund. Candles can be returned if they have not been burned.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each burn, and let the wax melt to the edges the first time you light it. Never leave a burning candle alone.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, every order can be wrapped in recycled paper with a handwritten card. Add a note at checkout.
Is this a real shop?
No. Hearth & Hollow is a concept store built as a portfolio demo. You can try the cart and checkout, but nothing is sold, shipped or charged.
