Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Your card is only charged when your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering. Reply to your confirmation email or use the contact form and we will update it before it is packed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order can be wrapped in recycled paper with a handwritten card. Add a gift note at checkout; there is no extra charge.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our studio within 1 to 2 business days. US delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that; you get a tracking link by email.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $6, and free on orders over $75. International shipping is a flat $18.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days, and any import duties are paid on arrival.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Send anything back unused within 30 days for a full refund. Candles can be returned if they have not been burned.
What if something arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement straight away. You do not need to return the broken piece.
Products and care
How do I get the best from my candle?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge (about 2 hours). Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Is your stoneware dishwasher safe?
Mugs, plates and bowls are dishwasher and microwave safe unless the product page says hand wash. Hand-thrown pieces last longest when washed by hand.
How should I wash linen?
Machine wash warm with a gentle detergent and tumble dry low. Linen softens with every wash; there is no need to iron it.

No. Hearth & Hollow is a concept store built as a portfolio demo. You can try every feature, but nothing is sold, shipped or charged.
